    We’d like to make you aware of planned routine maintenance that will affect the mojovoice service and portal, mojomeWiFi services, hosted servers including 3CX and non-Office 365 hosted email services.

    Local internet connections, access to the twiindata portal and twiinvoice services, will NOT be affected.

    Please could you let your clients know about these planned works.

    The maintenance will take place on Wednesday 22nd February from 18:00 - 00:00 and during the maintenance window we would expect outages of the above services.

    Services are at risk of outage from 18:00 until 00:00 but we expect the actual downtime to only be a small part of this.

    This essential work is required for us to improve reliability of our core infrastructure, enabling us to continue in providing the high quality services technologywithin deliver to you.

Twiinvoice Phone Issues

    We have now had official confirmation of a fix for the issue suffered today. Normal service should be restored and working. If you do continue to have issues, please do contact our Support Team who will be happy to help.

    Once again, we apologise to all our affected customers.

    Just as we confirmed resolution of the issue we have received reports of phone issues starting back up. Our provider are working on the issue again to get a more permanent fix in place to prevent this from happening again.

    We have had reports that the service has been fully restore and calls should be passing through correctly. If you are still experiencing issues please do contact our Support Team.

    We are aware of a issue with our telephony services this morning which is affecting a number of our users. This has been raised with our provider who are working on the issue with upmost urgency. We are providing support to them where possible.

    Once we have further information regarding the issue it will be shared on our status page. We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused our affected clients.

Virgin Media Leased Line Outage

    The circuits have remained stable overnight. We have not yet heard from Virgin but we will close this issue and continue to chase them to produce an RFO report with further details at a later date.

    We have seen all lines return to service within the last few minutes. Our monitoring platform is showing normal service once again and suggests that all is resolved but we will keep the incident open and we will continue to monitor until we get confirmation from Virgin Media that the issue is resolved.

    We are aware of an issue with Virgin Media affecting a vast number of leased line circuits.

    Virgin Media engineers are now on-site at the affected data centre and are actively working on the fault.

    We will update as soon as we have further information, apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Leased Line Outage

    We are now seeing all lines back up.

    A full RFO will be requested from the carrier and will be issued when we have it.

    The carrier have moved the majority of the interfaces over to new hardware and are seeing circuits coming back up. There remain 2 interfaces which are causing issues which they are working to address.

    We will continue to monitor until all circuits effected by this outage are back up.

    The carrier has identified failed hardware and is in the process of replacing.

    They are also actively moving affected interfaces to alternative hardware.

    There is currently no ETA on resolution.

    The carrier has finished the remote reload of their equipment but this has not resolved the issues with their equipment.

    They have dispatched engineers to work on the issue at the data centre.

    The carrier is currently doing a complete emergency reload of their Telehouse West core.

    All leased lines that run through this equipment will be down until the rebuild has been completed.

    We currently don't have an ETA on this being completed.

    We have been alerted to an issue with one of our Leased Line Providers. They are investigating several thousand dropped leased line connections on their equipment located in Telehouse West.

    They are seeing some sites come back online but then go back offline again.

    We will update when we have more information.

Mojo Phone issue

    We are happy to report we have resolved the phone issue and all services should be working as intended. If you are still suffering from any issue, please do contact our Support Team.

    We are currently investigating a reported issue of mojo phones not registering and calls being unable to be made. Once we have any further updates to share on this we will update the status page.

    We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

    We believe we have identified the cause of the issue and will need to reboot our core equipment to resolve it. Due to this reboot all Mojo phone service will be affected. We plan to do this reboot at 12:00pm today. When we initiate the reboot this will all all currently active calls and further calls won't be able to be made or received until the equipment comes back. We suspect the outage may only last a few minutes.

    It is worth passing this on to all clients who may not be subscribed to our update statuses.

    Once again we apologise for the inconvenience this will cause and the disruption to services.
