We have had confirmation from some sites that this issue has now been resolved.

We now have strong evidence to confirm the issue was caused by an internet routing issue between a particular supplier ISP and our AWS hosted infrastructure. We have just seen the routing change and we believe this will resolve the problem for the affected customers.

Our development team are investigating the issue and the problem appears to be affecting only a selected number of sites and devices. If end users are still seeing issues please can you contact our support team and ideally let us know the username that is failing and the type of device being used (eg Windows laptop, MAC, Android phone, iPhone etc).

Our service provider has resolved the incident and normal service has resumed! We are starting to reprocess emails sent during this downtime. We are able to resend invoice emails, booking cancellations and confirmations but some other system emails will not be able to be reprocessed. We recommend checking any licence signature requests that have been sent out this morning via the e-signature option.

The provider have now confirmed they have identified the issue and we are waiting on them to resolve.

We have seen the circuits return and will continue to monitor and issue an RFO in due course.

The issue has now been identified by the provider as being the failure of an interconnect at the LD8 Harbour Exchange POP. Engineers are working to resolve this as a matter of urgency. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
