We believe we have resolved the issue and are seeing normal service resume but are monitoring the situation before fully confirming resolution.

We are aware and currently working on a fix to poor call quality and loss of service to some of our Twiinvoice clients. We have identifed the cause of the issue and are working towards a swift resolutions. Once we have further information, we shall update the Status page.
