We have resolved the outage this morning with the supplier and service should be resumed now. If you are still suffering from issues please contact our Support Team.

Work is continuing to restore service to our affected sites with the supplier with success as we have seen service return to the majority of sites. Once full works and service have completed and restored we shall update the status page.

The supplier has identified an issue with their infrastructure at the Telehouse West exchange in London which is affecting multiple leased lines they provide. We are working with them to restore connectivity to our affected sites as soon as we can. Once the supplier has given us an update we will pass this information on.

We are aware a few of our sites are experiencing a loss of internet services this morning. We have raised this with our provider and are currently working towards a solution with them. Once we have more information we shall post another update.
