We are now seeing circuits return to service and have had confirmation from the provider that the interconnects are back online.

The provider has identified the fault and their engineers are working to fix and resolve the issue ASAP.

Our SIP trunk provider has implemented a fix and are now seeing traffic across their service.

They will be posting another update before 13:30 to fully clear the issue.

We have been advised by one of our SIP Trunk providers that they are currently investigating an outage in their services. They have advised their next update should be made by 11am at the latest.

We have been informed that splicing has now been completed and sites are back online.

We have been provided an update that states that there is currently splicing work taking place to bring services back online. While we have seen some sites come back up, they are still at risk of going down again due to splicing works taking place.

Our providers have identified 2 Virgin media interconnects which are out of service. Virgin have been notified and the issue is impacting other providers using Virgin Media as a carrier.

We have had confirmation from some sites that this issue has now been resolved.

We now have strong evidence to confirm the issue was caused by an internet routing issue between a particular supplier ISP and our AWS hosted infrastructure. We have just seen the routing change and we believe this will resolve the problem for the affected customers.

If end users are still seeing issues please can you contact our support team and ideally let us know the username that is failing and the type of device being used (eg Windows laptop, MAC, Android phone, iPhone etc).
