Voice Services Mojo Voice Call Quality

Mojo Voice Call Quality: Our engineers have investigated and found the root cause of the issue.

The quality issues this morning will only have affected some Mojo voice customers.

Our engineers have now moved all affected lines to an alternative system. This should improve the quality of the affected calls but some users may still have occasional call connection issues as the backup service has reduced capacity. We are still working with the affected onward supplier.
