Mojo Voice Call Quality: Our engineers have now investigated and found the root cause of the issue. The quality issues this morning will only have affected some Mojo voice customers.
MESH Voice customers are not affected.
Our engineers have now moved all affected lines to an alternative system. This should improve the quality of the affected calls.
We are now working with the onward supplier in question. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep our customers informed with any key developments.
