Voice Services VOIP phones re-registering

We are aware of an ongoing issue where isolated handsets very occasionally lose their registration. This lasts for for 1-2 minutes, and is then re-established again.

This issue has been identified and is being worked on by our upstream provider, we await further details and continue to monitor in the meantime.

The incidents are rare and isolated and have minimal impact on the performance of the phone system but we are treating this issue with top priority.
